Match Box Consulting is urgently seeking a Technical Business Analyst – Cloud Migration for a 6 month contract role with our New Westminster based client. This is a hybrid role 2 days on site and 3 days remote.Technical Business Analyst – Cloud Migration ( 6- Month Contract)OverviewSupport a cloud migration project by defining, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements for moving applications from on-premises to the cloud. Work closely with technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders, following the organization's project management methodology. Contribute to testing, training, and change management to ensure full adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and document reviewsCreate requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and process flowsTranslate business needs into technical specifications and solution designsAnalyze application integrations, data flows, and dependencies; support data migrationSupport project planning, scope, risk, and issue managementDevelop test cases and coordinate user acceptance testingAct as the liaison between business units, vendors, and IT teamsCommunicate status, risks, and impacts to stakeholdersSupport training, documentation, and user adoptionTypical DeliverablesRequirements documentation and traceability matricesUse cases or user storiesAs-is and future-state process mapsFit-gap analyses and impact assessmentsRACI matrices and decision analysesOperating procedures, user guides, and training materialsTest plans, cases, and scriptsMeeting minutes and status reportsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with business analyst training, or equivalent experience7+ years of technical business analysis experience,
