Our financial services client is seeking a Application Architect II (2+ years of experience) to support contact centre migration design and AI initiatives using Amazon Connect and solution architecture

Join a team supporting contact centre architecture initiatives within a large banking setting. This role focuses on architecture support for contact centres, migration design, and AI-related initiatives across platforms including Amazon Connect. The position offers exposure to industry-standard contact centre technologies and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business areas.

Contract, Toronto or Montreal Hybrid, : 2 days on site, 3 days work from home

Must Haves

- 2+ years as an IT Architect or 4+ years of prior Lead Developer experience
- Experience defining solution sets from requirements
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Advanced MS Office usage including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Degree or Diploma

Nice to Have

- Contact centre experience including IVR flows, desktop solutions, or telecom
- Experience with Agentic AI solutions
- Amazon Solution Architect certification
- Experience within banking, financial institution, or medical environments

Responsibilities

- Design migration solutions for contact centre environments
- Contribute to AI-related project support activities
- Define solution sets from business requirements
- Present solutions to large stakeholder groups in virtual and in-person settings




- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
