Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering remote and in-person IT support, managing equipment setups, and ensuring effective IT solutions are in place for various job sites. - Provide operational IT support and equipment deployment
- Manage job site setups and project support
- Create cabling and workstation diagrams
- Oversee IT equipment reclaim and decommissioning
- Collaborate with procurement for equipment sourcing Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Information Services or equivalent
- Experience with HP, Cisco, and Apple technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
