This role requires strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact effectively with the public in a high-traffic settingKey Responsibilities:Conduct regular interior patrols throughout the mall, includingcommon areas, corridors, entrances, and exitsMaintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activityMonitor shopper and tenant activity,identifyingand addressing potential safety or security concernsRespond to incidents including disturbances, thefts, medical calls, and emergenciesProvide strong customer service byassistingvisitors with directions and general inquiriesEnforce mall policies and procedures, including trespass and loitering guidelinesWork closely with dispatch, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate response effortsComplete detailed incident reports and daily logs accurately andin a timely mannerAssistwith crowd management during peak hours, sales events, andspecial eventsSupport emergency procedures including evacuations and coordination with emergency servicesPrerequisites:Ability to obtain a Security License in the province of Ontario.Must have 2 years experience in a retail security environmentValid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider.Previousexperience in retail, mall,
