Our shared-services IT client is seeking a L3 Analyst (4–6 years) to support infrastructure operations and technical escalations using Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows Server environments

Join a multi-company IT environment supporting business units and locations across North America through a centralized shared-services model. This role supports infrastructure operations, technical escalations, endpoint management, network administration, and project implementations across Microsoft 365, virtualization, and Windows Server environments. The position includes involvement in migrations, office deployments, network upgrades, and cloud implementations within a quick-paced operational setting.

3-4 month contract possibility of extension Aurora, ON, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

- 4–6 years in corporate IT or MSP/shared-services environments
- Advanced support of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID environments
- Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Support of network infrastructure including VPNs, switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and firewall administration




- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Check Point, Meraki, Fortinet, or WatchGuard firewall environments
- Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, or equivalent platforms
- Cybersecurity platforms and MFA/security deployments
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or business systems integrations

Responsibilities

- Support and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams environments
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms
- Configure and support firewalls, VPN technologies, wireless infrastructure, and network switching
- Participate in infrastructure projects including migrations, office deployments, network upgrades, and cloud implementations
- Provide Level 3 escalation support
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and deployment standards
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems
