We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Labourer / Electrical Helper to join our team. This position involves supporting electricians and field crews with a variety of tasks, including job site cleanup, material handling, warehouse organization, deliveries, trenching, and abatement work.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a variety of environments, including construction sites, warehouses, and outdoor locations. Experience in construction, electrical work, or general labour is an asset but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Assist electricians and other crew members with daily job site activities.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas through regular cleanup and debris removal.
- Perform general labour duties on construction and electrical project sites.
- Assist with loading, unloading, organizing, and moving tools, equipment, and materials.
- Perform warehouse duties, including receiving, sorting, organizing, and preparing materials for jobs.
- Deliver and pick up materials, tools, and equipment between the warehouse, suppliers, and job sites.
- Assist with trenching, excavation, backfilling, and other ground preparation activities.
- Assist with abatement-related work in accordance with applicable safety procedures, training, and site requirements.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.




- Use tools and equipment safely and maintain an organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as required to support daily operations and project completion.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physically demanding work.
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Construction, warehouse, delivery, or electrical helper experience is an asset.
- Relevant safety training or certifications are considered an asset.
