On Side Restoration is seeking an experienced Lead Remediation Technician to guide the team through asbestos and mold projects, coordinating with Project Managers, Adjusters and trades. You will lead in office, ensure safety, and drive effective remediation from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in remediation, basic carpentry, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach. On-call scheduling and 24/7 coverage are part of the role.
