We are seeking a Level 3 Business System Analyst to supportDirector General Human Capital Management Modernization – Military(DGHCMM-M). This role will help map a designated Military PersonnelManagement System (MPMS) capability — including its end-to-endworkflows, data, and system integration dependencies — to build a explicit,enterprise-wide view of that personnel management operation.Thiswork supports the CAF's broader MPMS modernization initiative, whichaims to integrate currently fragmented personnel functions (career andposting management, qualifications, leave, medical, and readinessattributes) into a coherent, data-driven enterprise capability, inalignment with the 2022 CAF Digital Campaign Plan and the 2024 CDS/MNDDirective on Reconstitution.You will work collaboratively with aLevel 3 Business Analyst and DGHCMM-M stakeholders to document current("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") processes, define data and systemintegration requirements, and produce artifacts that informmodernization planning.Key Responsibilities Map a designated MPMS business capability, including end-to-end workflows, decision flows, and operational dependenciesDocument As-Is processes and evaluate existing procedures, legacy systems,
