ResponsibilitiesThe Assessment Counsellor, under the direction of the Program and Regional Managers, is primarily responsible for interviewing and speaking with participants to determine their readiness for entering the workforce. The counsellor will be required to meet with the participants throughout their time in the program to assess their progress. He or she will meet with instructors to determine individual progress and any challenges. The Assessment Counsellor will be responsible for determining if the clients are ready, willing, and able to enter the workforce, with the ultimate end result of helping the client gain independence and confidence through employment.
