In this critical role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within our production facility. You will play a key role in ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. If you are a safety‑focused professional with strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset, we encourage you to apply.LocationADL Water St., 79 Water St., Summerside, PESchedule4‑day, 10‑hour shifts for a better work‑life balance, with occasional overtime when needed; weekend and evening availability is required as part of a rotating on‑call pager schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, controls, and automation equipmentDiagnose electrical issues and respond to equipment breakdowns efficientlyPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and equipmentWork with PLCs and control systems to troubleshoot and improve production processesInterpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsEnsure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policiesParticipate in equipment upgrades, installations,
