Job DescriptionThe Application Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining a variety of applications and platforms. You will be the main point of contact for technical expertise and support of solutions, triaging issues to internal support, vendors or partners to ensure the solutions are operating effectively.This position requires full‐time on‐site presence.Salary Range: $61,000 - $85,500ResponsibilitiesParticipate in technical discussions for configuration, testing, and operations of our platform solutionsEnsure compliance with daily management checklist for operational effectivenessProvide "go live" and post‐go‐live support for projects and solutionsUpgrade and manage different environments and recommend ways to improve performance, availability, and scalability of solutionsAdminister and resolve application issues & severities, provide timely updates and perform root cause analysisNavigate complex SQL queries to perform root cause analysis and extract data for development and testing purposesPay strong attention to detail for data validation, networking, and integration connectivity,
