The ideal candidate will connect with clients and partners, investigate and resolve Auto BI and Commercial General Liability claims, and work closely with defense counsel on litigation files. You will ensure top-notch communication and support throughout the process while exploring creative solutions to improve customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and settle Auto BI and Commercial General Liability claims
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding claims
- Collaborate with defense counsel on litigation strategies
- Maintain accurate financial reserves and claims data
- Report any suspicions of fraud or irregularities Requirements:
- 5+ years of claims experience, with 2+ in Commercial Claims
