This role provides first‑line leadership to laboratory staff, ensuring testing activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily laboratory activities to ensure analyses are conducted according to approved methods, SOPs, and client requirementsMonitor sample flow, workload balance, and turnaround time (TAT) to meet operational targetsProvide technical support and guidance to analysts and technicians as requiredParticipate in routine analysis during peak periods to ensure service commitments are metEnsure adherence to ISO/IEC 17025, internal quality systems, and regulatory standardsReview analytical data, calculations, and documentation for accuracy and completenessIdentify, document, and escalate nonconformances, deviations, and out‑of‑specification resultsIn collaboration with laboratory management, halt testing when quality or data integrity is compromisedLead, coach, and mentor laboratory staff to support competency development and performanceCoordinate staffing schedules and assignments to maintain effective laboratory operationsSupport onboarding, training,
