Beyond the sale, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships and creating exceptional experiences that keep our guests coming back.At Regency Lexus, you'll be part of a warm, supportive, and collaborative team with the resources, training, and tools needed to build a successful career in the automotive industry.ResponsibilitiesProvide a premium, personalized experience to guests throughout the entire vehicle purchase journey, from initial contact through delivery and beyondPresent and demonstrate new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles, highlighting key features, technology, benefits, pricing, and financing optionsDevelop and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up, appointment setting, referrals, and proactive business developmentGenerate new business through prospecting, outbound calls, referrals, networking, and other relationship-building activitiesStay up to date on Lexus products, technology, industry trends, and competitor activity through ongoing training and professional developmentParticipate in dealership marketing initiatives, including vehicle walkarounds, promotional videos, social media content,
