This is a key leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who combines purchasing expertise with the ability to lead a team in a positive, customer-focused workplace.About The RoleWe are seeking a Manager who will oversee lumber and building materials purchasing while managing day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience buying from major distributors, strong staff management skills, and a leadership style focused on motivation, retention, and creating a positive workplace culture. This role emphasizes respectful leadership, excellent customer service, and team development (moving away from traditional “old-school” management approaches). Preference will be given to Portuguese-speaking candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the purchasing of lumber and building materials, working with major distributors (including Dolman, Goodfellow, Stella-Jones, and others)Oversee day-to-day store operations, including openings, closings, and overall store performanceLead, schedule,
