or have worked in a relevant roleExcel academically while being actively involved in extra‑curricular and/or volunteer activities at school or in the communityPrevious work experience within the nuclear industry is an asset, including experience with nuclear industry procedures and/or regulationsAcademic or work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience in Microsoft Project would be preferredWillingness and ability to travel to project sites including remote sitesCompetencies (knowledge, skill, attributes)Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projectsAbility to learn quickly and to take on new challengesCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsShows critical and creative thinking and problem solving, and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challengesAdapts and embraces changeBase Salary Range$90,000 - $120,000Benefits and CompensationAt Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
