A busy Burnaby Property Management Company needs a detail oriented payable clerk for a full time position. Duties for this position include but are not limited to:Inputting invoices and processing of payments for vendorsResponding to queries from agents/property managers, owners/tenants and vendorsProducing various reports as requiredMaintaining the database of contractor informationThis person should be able to work both independently as well as in a team setting. Knowledge of Yardi Voyager software, dealing with multiple bank accounts and previous property management experience would be an asset, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant and candidates with the correct aptitude for this position are encouraged to apply.
