Forma Steel creates steel roofing, siding, trim &custom; panels in a variety of gauges, colors, and finishes. We manufacture ourproduct in Fort Macleod, AB, just 25 minutes west of Lethbridge, AB.

We are currently looking to hire the following position inour Forma Steel facility.

Role: Logistics Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Shift:Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

As a Logistics Coordinator You Will:
- Coordinateand schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups to support dailyoperations.
- Communicatewith drivers, carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments toensure timely and efficient transportation.
- Prepareand maintain shipping documents, delivery schedules, and other logisticsrecords.
- Monitorshipments and proactively address delays, scheduling conflicts, or othertransportation issues.
- Workclosely with production, sales, and operations teams to coordinateshipping priorities and meet customer commitments.
- Ensureorders are accurately prepared, documented, and ready for shipment.
- Maintainaccurate records of deliveries, transportation costs, and shipmentdetails.
- Assistwith optimizing delivery routes, scheduling,



and transportation resourcesto improve efficiency and control costs.
- Ensureshipping and transportation activities follow company procedures andapplicable safety requirements.
- Providetimely updates to relevant team members regarding shipment status, delays,and changes.
- Performother related duties as required to support the team.

What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of trucking industry and/or dispatchexperience is a robust asset with knowledge of Transport Canada and NSCregulations (Hours of Service, Road bans, over dimensional loads)
- Strongorganizational and time-management skills, with the ability to managemultiple priorities.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Strongattention to detail and accuracy when managing schedules anddocumentation.
- Effectiveproblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortableworking with computers, email, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Abilityto work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamenvironment.
- Aproactive mindset and a commitment to providing reliable, efficientservice.
