Fraser Health Authority is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to support Indigenous Care-Giver Home Care in British Columbia. The role focuses on culturally secure home-based nursing tasks and coordinating with the Indigenous Health team to ensure client-centred care.

The LPN will mentor caregivers, assess client needs, participate in care planning, and administer medications within scope. A BC driver's license and vehicle are required.
