Your role helps clients make better investment choices and generate wealth for their customers.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to inquiries from external and internal clients (COEs, BU Shared Services and BU Accounting Operations).Assist with account administration tasks such as account openings, billing setup, tax reclaims/documentation, market openings/exits/updates, security registration, system access/ID administration, and FAR setup.Provide online support for various client‑facing applications.Produce client‑customized reports and collect data for customer report cards.Collect data for risk and compliance reporting.Escalate unresolved issues to managers or officers.Monitor and review daily work of Client Operations Associates to ensure accurate and timely execution.Provide on‑the‑job training to current staff and help them understand job responsibilities.Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report or elevate it in accordance with corporate policy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, accounting,
