As a Special Finance Manager , your role is about more than closing deals. You will help customers understand their credit, take control of their budgets, and leave not just with a vehicle, but with real confidence in their financial journey. A full time Monday to Friday schedule Expert Coaching from Steele Auto Groups’ dedicated sales training workshops Be a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their credit situation and explore the best financing options for their needs Build meaningful relationships with lenders and financial partners to support flexible solutions Educate customers on programs, protections and next steps; Support the sales team by sharing financial knowledge that enhances the customer journey A natural people person with a strong belief in customer-first service Experience in commission sales or the automotive industry is an asset, especially in helping customers navigate challenging financial paths Confident telephone skills,
