This role oversees the full tendering process, developscompetitive bid strategies, and manages the estimating team for complex civiland geotechnical construction projects.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLeadand manage estimating for deep foundation and concrete projects.Prepareand review quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid submissions.Analyzedrawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.Developpricing strategies and identify project risks.Coordinatewith project management, subcontractors, and suppliers.Mentorand supervise estimating staff.Qualifications8+years estimating experience in civil construction,
