As a key leadership figure, you will guide large-scale Intelligent Finance transformations, ensuring successful operating model transitions and the activation of AI in finance. Your role involves collaborating closely with executive partners to shape an adaptable, future-focused finance workplace that effectively delivers measurable business change.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own future-state operating model design and implementation • Lead end-to-end business capability design across finance cycles • Define organizational roles and data governance in modernized settings • Own the Human-Centered Design workstream from mobilization • Ensure transformation progress is measurable and aligned with goals

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years in consulting with business transformation experience • Proven record of leading ERP and AI-enabled project outcomes • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product backlog processes • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and stakeholders
