PARTISANS is hiring an Intermediate Interior Designer to join our team.PARTISANS is a Toronto-based, award-winning design studio working at the intersection of technology, culture, and architecture. Our work spans high-end hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments, with projects across Canada and internationally.We are looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer with 5 years of experience in a major international design firm. This role is suited for a strong designer and highly capable technical contributor who can support projects from concept through construction documentation.This is a full time, Toronto-based position requiring work from PARTISANS' studio. Candidates currently based elsewhere are welcome to apply, as PARTISANS will support the successful candidate's relocation to Toronto.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of interior design concepts aligned with project visionContribute across all project phases, from concept design through documentationPrepare presentation materials, including drawings, renderings,



and mockupsProduce and coordinate drawing sets with a focus on technical accuracy and complianceDevelop interior architectural details, including millwork, stairs, and wall and ceiling assembliesAssist with FF&E sourcing and specificationsCoordinate with internal teams, consultants, and suppliersParticipate in client meetings and design reviewsSupport project schedules and team coordinationRequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, or equivalent3-5 years of experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality projectsExperience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsStrong design sensibility and attention to detailUnderstanding of building codes and interior design standardsProficiency in Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong organizational and time-management skillsCollaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetWhile we thank all applicants for their interest, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
