Champion the development of future leaders through strategic support for OMS-partner schools.As the Theological Education Coordinator, you will be pivotal in addressing the educational needs across diverse regions from South Korea to Central Asia. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will collaborate with other ministry leaders while visiting schools to ensure funding and curriculum development are meeting the challenges of the local context.Key Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between schools and the OMS communityProvide regular coaching and training for facultyVisit schools to understand and address educational needsAssist in resource allocation for teaching and governancePromote self-sustaining educational initiativesRequirements:MA or MDiv required; Doctorate preferredExperience in educational settings within Asia PacificStrong commitment to Wesleyan Holiness theologyProven administrative and teaching experienceAbility to communicate in a local language preferredLeverage your educational and theological insights to make a lasting impact in the Asia Pacific region.
