The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in security operations.Shifts are from 0800 to 1600 – Monday to Friday40 hours per week - Shift schedules may vary depending on operational requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support security guards during daily site operationsProvide training on site-specific tasks, procedures, and expectationsMaintain clear and professional communication with staff and managementEnsure compliance with all security protocols, licensing requirements, and Controlled Goods standardsMonitor performance, provide coaching, and address operational concernsComplete reports, documentation,
