PLEASE READ:This position is fully onsite in their Toronto officeMust have 5+ years experience in a similar roleOnly apply if you are ok with working 12 month contract with potential for extension/ permanentThis position is offering up to $60.00-80.00 per hour.Your recent company:We have partnered with a CPG organization located in Toronto and they're on the hunt for a Senior Manager, FP&A; for a 12 month contract with potential for extension/ permanency.Responsibilities:Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.Prepare cash flow reports and variance analyses to support financial visibility.Identify opportunities to optimize working capital (e.G. receivables, payables, inventory).Support treasury or finance teams in managing cash reserves, debt, and liquidity riskOversee the CapEx and Leases budgeting and approval process,



ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.Builds strong cross-functional relationships across the business to ensure LE accuracy and delivery of resultsFocus on the highest-impact tasks and initiatives to meet critical deadlines without sacrificing quality.Navigate complex business and technical issuesSet and uphold high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and integrity, driving continuous improvement with stakeholdersRequirements:Stakeholder management - Prior experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Sales to unlock cashHands-on experience analyzing DPO, DSO, DIO, and identifying levers to optimize cash conversion cycleFamiliarity with Budgeting, treasury operations and intercompany settlements.Experience presenting to senior leadership or zone finance leads with clear cash impact storytellingCPA designation is an assetCPG industry is an assetSAP experience is considered an asset“AI may be used to screen, assess or select applicants for this position”.
