A well known, Mid-sized General Contractor based in Ottawa is looking for their newest intermediate/senior estimator due to their continued company growth and healthy project pipeline.The organisation can hire this position at either Intermediate or Senior Estimator level.The organisation is a well known, mid-sized, ICI focused General Contrator that specialise in commercial and institutional recent builds and rennovations.Their projects range in value from around $5 Million to $60 Million+Description Role Responsibilities :Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents for hard bid / lump sum projects.Accurately interpret specifications to understand trade scopes and communicates gaps / missing informationIdentify risk factors associated with same; and review constructability issues with operational staff.Prepare quantity takeoffs and material and labour costing from the drawings and specifications.Prepare General
