Seeking a Technical Expert in Flight Control Laws Design at our Dorval, QC location. Leverage your expertise in Matlab and C++ to develop innovative CLaws solutions.This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in developing Flight Control Laws for Fly-By-Wire aircraft. You'll be responsible for both innovative CLaws design and the enhancement of existing models, focusing on R&D projects. The position also includes key tasks like validation and verification, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and improve existing CLaws using Matlab and C++
- Support CLaws and autopilot design for R&D projects
- Validate and verify CLaws requirements for updates and designs




- Ensure CLaws delivery complies with DO-178 B and SAE ARP 4754
- Integrate CLAWS into test rigs and supplier systemsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace Engineering; Ph D preferred
- 10+years experience in Flight Control Laws for FBW aircraft
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft flight dynamics and aerodynamics
- Expertise in classical and up-to-date control system design
