This role will support the Project Manager(s) and Superintendent in all aspects of the construction process including monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.Reports to: Project Manager(s)Salary: $125,000 annuallyHours per week: 40Duties and Responsibilities: Supporting in project startups with responsibilities including but not limited to, tendering, and bid evaluations, subcontract preparation, utilities and site services applications, permit applications, quantity take-offs, assisting in development of the project communication plan and managing project scheduleProject execution and document control responsibilities including Request for Information (RFI), Site Instructions (SI), Submittals, Change Requests (CRX), Change Orders (CO)Project closeout responsibilities including assisting with inspections, owner training, managing the O&M Manuals, reviewing, tracking, and communicating punch and deficiency lists,
