As the Marketing Student , you will gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of divisional marketing initiatives, including events, email campaigns, website management, signage, social media, and more.

Working closely with the Marketing team, you will help coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, keep materials and information organized and current, and contribute to projects that support the customer journey and marketing goals. Support the planning and execution of marketing events through coordination of event logistics, including vendors, materials, signage, promotional items, setup, and on-site requirements (require flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required). Support the development and deployment of marketing emails and campaigns.

Support ongoing website management, including content updates, quality assurance, and ensuring information remains current and accurate. Maintain and manage marketing and sales signage, proactively identifying needs and coordinating updates, production, installation, and maintenance through to completion. Assist with social media content development, coordination,



and community-level content needs.

Support the management and organization of sales collateral, ensuring materials are current, accurate, and readily available to sales teams. Coordinate promotional item inventory, ordering, distribution, and replenishment. Support the Marketing team with day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.

Assist with research, competitive reviews, reporting, and other marketing projects as required. Maintain organized marketing files, trackers, inventories, and project documentation. Business and/or Marketing degree or related discipline.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bonus points ~ E xperience with Canva, social media platforms, email marketing tools, or website content management systems is an asset.
