You are a people leader first. You invest time in your Clinic Managers, coach them through challenges, build their confidence and hold them accountable for the results they own. You know when to step in, when to ask the right questions and when to empower your leaders to find the answer themselves.You’re equally comfortable with the business side of dental operations.



You know how to:Coach Clinic Managers to lead through KPIs and business resultsReview financial and operational performance and understand what the numbers are telling youIdentify trends, gaps and opportunities across multiple clinicsTurn data into clear priorities and practical action plansDrive performance across production, collections, scheduling, treatment acceptance, hygiene optimization, patient retention and profitabilitySupport clinics in achieving budgets, annual plans and growth objectivesBuild succession plans and develop future leadersCreate accountability while maintaining strong, engaged team culturesBuild trusted partnerships with Doctors and clinical teamsLead change and help teams successfully adopt new programs, processes and ways of workingYou don’t just ask whether a clinic hit its numbers. You want to understand why it did or didn’t — and coach the leader to know where to look next.What You BringIdeally, you have:5+ years of progressive leadership experience within the dental industryExperience leading multiple clinics, locations or operational teamsA strong track record of coaching and developing leadersStrong business and financial acumenExperience leading through KPIs, budgets and operational reportingThe ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionExceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skillsConfidence partnering with Doctors,
