3–5 years of experience in garment construction and sample making Proficiency in sewing sportswear, dresses, knits, wovens, and a variety of garments (pants, jackets, skirts, dresses, etc.) Strong knowledge of garment finishing, pressing, and final detailing Hands-on experience with single machines and specialized equipment, including: overlock, blind stitch, buttonhole, cover stitch, snap machine, and marrow edge machine Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Robust time management with the ability to meet deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Duties / Responsibilities Sew prototypes, fit samples, and pre-production samples according to specifications and details within the timeframe. Select appropriate trims, zippers, threads, and other components Apply correct sewing techniques, especially with delicate fabrics Perform garment finishing, pressing,
