That means small team, fast decisions, high ownership, and real impact.We're hiring a Business Operations & Growth Associate to work directly with leadership to help scale operations and unlock our next stage of growth.The RoleYou will work across operations, physician experience, growth initiatives, and special projects.Some weeks you may be improving physician scheduling workflows.Other weeks you may be launching a new operational process, analyzing metrics, helping improve onboarding, or solving a bottleneck that's slowing the company down.You'll work closely with leadership and gain exposure to how a healthcare startup is actually built.This role is in-person in Toronto. We believe early-career operators learn faster by being embedded in the team.What You'll Work OnThis role will evolve, but initial responsibilities may include:OperationsImprove and manage physician scheduling, coverage,
