This role is heavily focused on incident management, monitoring, and operational support, ensuring system stability and performance across financial transaction platforms. This is not a development role—the ideal candidate will proactively monitor systems, respond to alerts, troubleshoot production issues, and work closely with business and technical teams to resolve incidents within defined SLAs. The role also includes involvement in change management and operational deployments, including after-hours and weekend support. The ideal candidate brings strong foundational technical knowledge across infrastructure, databases, and cloud/container environments, along with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
