Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary, the Corporate Controller will play a key leadership role in guiding the organization's financial performance, risk management, governance, and operational decision-making.This position goes beyond traditional accounting leadership. As Corporate Controller, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. You will help drive business performance through insightful analysis, strong governance, and continuous process improvement. As a member of the Extended Management Team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic planning initiatives and influence important business decisions that support the long-term success of the organizationKey Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statementsOversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activitiesCoordinate year-end audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reportingMonitor banking relationships, lending agreements, and covenant complianceSupport Board reporting and executive decision-making processesTreasury & Operational Finance Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury functionsOversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll,
