BPA Toronto is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Technician to enhance our building projects. Engage in technical design and drafting while collaborating with engineering teams across diverse projects. In this role, you will support the development of mechanical solutions and contribute to various building types, including institutional and commercial.

Your work will involve creating accurate mechanical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, performing site surveys, and troubleshooting design challenges. As a mentor to junior members, you’ll foster a collaborative environment while ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare mechanical drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Produce comprehensive plans for HVAC and plumbing systems




- Conduct site surveys to document mechanical installations
- Participate in project coordination to address potential conflicts
- Support engineers with technical solutions and cost estimates Requirements:
- College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5-15 years of mechanical design experience
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Solid knowledge of building systems
