You will work as part of an interprofessional team, employing your mental health expertise in crisis counseling and transitional support. This position requires compassion, strong communication, and the ability to assess and deliver tailored support in a fast-paced workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams for patient discharge
- Provide crisis counseling and suicide prevention interventions




- Maintain client records and document assessments accurately
- Offer referrals to community treatment alternatives
- Participate in quality improvement and research activities Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse registration with BCCNM
- Two years of related experience in pediatric mental health
- Valid BC Driver’s License and a personal vehicle
- Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
