Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. 4-5 years' experience working with individuals in mental health and addictions required. ~ Experience in the intake process will be considered an asset. Master's degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited education institution required.

Active member in positive standing of an associated regulatory body. Current and comprehensive knowledge of regional health authorities' (inclusive of Shared Health's) Mental Health and Addictions program services, as well as community services and resources. Ability to use ambulatory module of Altera Sunrise.

Ability to work flexible hours. This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search),
