Recovery Alberta in Medicine Hat invites recent Registered Nurses to join the Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP). This 12‑month program pairs you with an experienced Clinical Guide to support your learning and growth, progressing toward independent practice with ongoing mentorship.
Phase 2 enables transition to independent practice with access to a mentor for the remaining 12 months, after which you may apply for vacant positions at 0.5 FTE or more in similar settings.
