Affim is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our remote team in Canada. You will be the frontline for merchant partners, resolving technical and configuration issues and guiding customers with transparent, friendly communication.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Engineering to surface feedback, streamline workflows, and help scale our support. Fluency in French and English is required.
