Grey Eagle Resort & Casino is seeking a Food Truck Handler / Cook to operate the mobile kitchen, oversee secure food prep, setup, service and shutdown at events. This role reports to the Executive Chef and requires attention to quality, safety, and timely service.
The position involves driving the food truck to venues, handling POS and cash, maintaining sanitation, following FIFO, safety protocols, and adapting to concerts and community events while representing Grey Eagle with professionalism.
