This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients across diverse medical needs.DutiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical + telemetry setting, ensuring their comfort and safety.Administer medications and monitor patient responses, adhering to established protocols for medication administration.Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options,
