Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Senior Product SME - Tableau to Power BI Migration to join a leading enterprise organization on a contract basis. This individual will play a critical role in the organization's strategic initiative to migrate and commercialize reporting assets from Tableau to Power BI across the enterprise.The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for both Tableau and Power BI, providing guidance to business stakeholders, reporting teams, and technical partners throughout the migration lifecycle. They will help evaluate existing Tableau dashboards, define migration approaches, identify feature and functionality gaps, and ensure reporting solutions are successfully transitioned to Power BI while maintaining business value and user adoption.Skills and Requirements5+ years of experience working with enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms, including Tableau and Power BIExperience supporting or leading large-scale data, analytics, reporting, or BI platform migration initiativesStrong understanding of data visualization, reporting, dashboard development, and analytics best practicesExperience acting as a Product SME, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise data and analytics initiativesProven ability to work across business and technology teams to gather requirements, manage stakeholders,
