Personnel is essential in our Highways division, particularly during the 2026 Road Construction Season. You will operate mobile crushing and screening equipment while ensuring the highest standards of safety, environmental concerns, and quality are met. The role also requires extensive travel throughout Alberta and solid communication with the crew to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor mobile crushing equipment
- Feed the crusher with loaders or coordinate with operators
- Adjust settings to meet material gradation requirements
- Track daily production metrics and performance
