We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Aesthetician and Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, ensuring clients leave feeling refreshed and satisfied. The Beauty
Therapist will be responsible for delivering a range of treatments, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and fostering positive client relationships.
Duties
- Perform body waxing, lash lifts, nail treatments and other beauty treatments with precision and professionalism
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored recommendations
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and business growth
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas and equipment
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for each appointment
- Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and personalized service
Skills
- Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, and other beauty treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and promote products confidently
- Ability to upsell retail items naturally within the context of client consultations
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting product lines effectively
- Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
