In this role, you will supervise tarp and shunt crews, enforce safety protocols, and ensure operational targets are met. Your hands-on leadership will be vital for team development and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily yard operations and shunt crew activities
- Drive team performance towards operational efficiency
- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture
- Operate shunt tractor for efficient trailer movements
- Conduct daily safety meetings with the team Requirements:
- 3-5 years in yard or logistics operations
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License required
- Experience with super B trailers
- Willingness to work night shifts
