March Networks is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Tier 1 Support Specialist to proactively monitor a customer install base of March Networks products, review health alerts, and create tickets for in office visits.

You will perform remote diagnostics, escalate issues as needed, and maintain ticket status to meet Service Level Agreements. A Bachelor’s or related experience is required, with CCNA/Network+ and A+ preferred. Ottawa-based role with a salary range of CAD 60,000–66,000.
