The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across both food service and retail channels. This position is best suited for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to think beyond assigned tasks, bringing both structure and initiative to day-to-day marketing execution.

- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or marketing support role • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Experience supporting marketing initiatives and sales teams • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics (support level) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint) • Reliable transportation is required, along with flexibility to travel occasionally for trade shows, events, or customer meetings.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move materials during sample prep, trade shows, and events, including lifting light items (up to 10 lbs) and remaining active for extended periods.
