In this role, you will utilize your nursing skills to assess patients' health and provide vaccines based on their needs and travel plans. Your expertise in hypertension, diabetes care, and patient education will be critical in developing our nursing services. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and provide appropriate vaccinations for patients
- Offer services related to hypertension and diabetes management




- Instruct patients on using health monitoring devices
- Welcome patients with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to improve service offerings Requirements:
- Membership in the Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec
- DCS or Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Familiarity with Québec immunization protocol
- Knowledge of travel health
